Orders placed on weekends on holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping is available for all orders within the contiguous United States and Canada.

For International shipping, we will use International Air Post.
International shipping usually costs $8-$16.
Order Shipment Details
- Orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment is processed.
- Delivery times may vary due to unexpected delays (e.g., weather or carrier issues).
- Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
- All orders placed on handexer.com are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Customs Tax / lmport Duty

Handexer covers US and Canadian customs duties. -
Customs duties for other countries:
Customer is responsible for all duty, brokerage and applicable taxes based on the destination of the order.
Please insure you track your package so you are at home to receive your order and pay the applicable duty and taxes or make alternate arrangements to do so with your local carrier.
Handexer is not responsible for packages held by local customs or carriers when orders are undeliverable.

Shipping Address Requirements
- A complete and accurate shipping address is required.
- Once your order has shipped, we cannot changethe shipping address.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees for resending the package.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from Handexer.
