Product FAQs

What material is this hand grip training ring made of?

Our training rings are made of silicone. This material has excellent toughness, wear resistance and waterproofness, and is non-toxic and odorless, comfortable to the touch and easy to clean.

How many are in a set?

There are 5 training rings in a set, which can be freely combined.

What are the resistance values?

Our training rings offer a total resistance range of 20-100 lbs.

20-30 lbs: Suitable for beginners and hand rehabilitation trainers.

40-50 lbs: Suitable for daily exercise, office workers and hand workers.

60-80 lbs: Suitable for strength oriented male fitness enthusiasts.

90-100 lbs: Suitable for professional athletes training.

How does it differ from traditional metal spring grippers?

Comprehensive Training: Develops not only grip strength but also finger extension (the rebound of the ring when releasing a pinch), preventing "mouse hand" and tennis elbow.

Quiet and Portable: Completely silent during use, it won't disturb others, making it convenient for use in the office, at home, or on the commute.

Safe and Comfortable: No metal parts prevent pinching or damage, and the soft material is more comfortable on the palm.

Progressive Resistance: Multiple resistance sets provide a clear progression path.

How do I choose the right resistance for me?

Beginners: Start with the lightest resistance. You should be able to squeeze 15-20 times continuously without excessive fatigue or pain. If you can easily do more than 30, move on to the next level of resistance.

Advanced Training: Choose a resistance that allows you to perform 8-12 reps before reaching failure.

What is the correct posture for use?
  1. Place the training ring completely between your palm and the tips of your four fingers (excluding your thumb).
  2. Use a steady, firm pressure to flatten the ring until your fingers are completely flat against your palm. Hold for 1-2 seconds.
  3. Release the ring slowly and controlled, allowing the ring to return to its original shape against the resistance of your fingers (this is crucial for developing extension strength).
  4. Breathe throughout this process; do not hold your breath.
How long does it take to see the effects of training?

Results vary from person to person. Most people will notice increased grip strength and hand endurance within 2-4 weeks if they consistently train 3-4 times per week.

We recommend using this with our Hand Grip Strength Tester to clearly gauge your hand strength gains.

Who is suitable to use the grip training ring?

Suitable for almost everyone! Especially:

Office Workers/Programmers: Prevent and relieve "mouse hand" (carpal tunnel syndrome), hand stiffness, and fatigue.

Music Enthusiasts (guitar, piano, etc.): Enhance finger independence, strength, and flexibility.

Seniors: Maintain hand function and prevent muscle weakness.

Athletes/Fitness Enthusiasts: Improve grip strength, aiding performance in sports like weightlifting, rock climbing, and tennis.

Recovering Patients: Under a doctor's supervision, for functional recovery after hand surgery or injury.

How durable is the product? What is its lifespan?

With normal use and care, our training rings are extremely durable and will last for years. Their lifespan depends on the frequency and intensity of use.

Avoiding scratches with sharp nails, prolonged exposure to sunlight, or extreme temperatures will help prolong their lifespan.
